Children must be current on their immunizations and physical to attend Mother Teresa. Students entering 7th grade must have Diphtheria-tetanus-acellular pertussis (DTaP) immunization. The Diocese of St. Petersburg does not accept Religious Exemptions. The following forms must be submitted to the school.

- DH3040 Florida School Entry Health Exam. (dated less than 365 days from the start date of the school)
